Dr. Jill Walsh, a renowned expert on the effects of social media on adolescent development, recently addressed the Inly School community, delivering insightful talks on healthy relationships with technology. The engaging sessions took place at various times throughout the day, catering to different age groups. 

Dr. Walsh gave three 30-minute presentations followed by Q&A sessions for 3rd and 4th grade, 5th and 6th grade, and 7th and 8th grade students. Her approach involved age-appropriate discussions to help students understand technology’s impact on relationships and the importance of maintaining a balanced relationship with social media and technology.

The day also included a lunch session with educational leadership and faculty, focusing on curriculum discussions and strategies for integrating healthy technology habits into the school environment.
